Sound work on an older building starts with an accurate record. We provide existing-conditions measurements and drawings, and building condition assessments that establish exactly what you have and what it needs — useful whether you’re planning a rehabilitation, applying for a grant, or simply deciding what’s possible. No historic listing is necessary for our focused attention. Much of Old Town Scottsdale’s building stock is historic in character but carries no formal designation, and those buildings benefit from the same careful evaluation as any landmark. For owners who do want to pursue recognition, we can assist with your National, State, or Local Register applications — and for those who don’t, we simply get to work on the building.
